About

Born in Honduras in 1988 and she moved to New Jersey in 1995. Coming to a new country with a different culture and language Grace was able to cope with the sudden change in home with the help of her father's sketches. The sketching inspired her to do her own work and helped to adapt to her new environment. 

September 2014 she enrolled at New Jersey City University to study illustration to continue her passion for art. Grace had her senior exhibition April 2018 based on immigrants and the stories they had to tell. Her immigrant show has now been invited to another gallery in Newark for June 2018.
